Our products are fulfilled through a global network of trusted facilities. While we strive to produce your order at the facility closest to your delivery address to ensure faster delivery, production locations may vary depending on the specific item type and current stock availability.

For instance, certain specialized products may be exclusively produced in our U.S. facilities regardless of the destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Notice to International Customers)

Because production hubs vary by product type, your order may be dispatched from an international hub. In such cases, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned because the customer refuses to pay customs fees, the original shipping costs and any return-related expenses will be deducted from your refund.

• Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing any required identification (e.g., PCCC for South Korea) for customs clearance.

🌍 Estimated Duty-Free Thresholds (Reference Guide Only)

• 🇺🇸 USA: Tax-free up to $800 (for international shipments).

• 🇰🇷 South Korea: Up to $150 ($200 for U.S. origin). PCCC is mandatory (Please enter in Address Line 2)

• 🇯🇵 Japan: Duty-free up to approx. ¥16,600 (based on 60% customs assessment). Note: Tax reforms for low-value goods are expected from April 2028; current rules apply until then.

• 🇨🇦 Canada: Duty-free threshold is low (~$20 CAD). Taxes apply to most international orders.

• 🇦🇺 Australia: Generally tax-free up to $1,000 AUD.

• 🇹🇼 Taiwan: Up to $2,000 TWD. (Real-name authentication via EZ WAY app is required).

• 🇸🇬 Singapore: Subject to GST (approx. 9%).

• 🇭🇰 🇲🇴 Hong Kong & Macao: Generally duty-free.

• 🇻🇳 Vietnam: Duty-free up to 1,000,000 VND.

• 🇹🇭 🇲🇾 🇮🇩 🇵🇭 (SEA): Subject to local customs policies and high variability.
