1. Shipping

How long does production and shipping take?

After your order is confirmed, your artwork will be produced on demand directly at The Print Space and usually ships within 7–14 days.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the product and destination, and will be included in the final price at checkout.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the EU, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Shipping times and costs may vary by country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status in real time.

2. Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods such as credit cards and PayPal. You can find all available options listed at the bottom of our website under Payment Methods. Your payment is secure with us, and we offer multiple payment options to make your checkout experience smooth and easy.

Can I cancel my order?

Since your artwork is produced on demand directly at The Print Space after order confirmation, cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any concerns, contact our customer support as soon as possible for assistance.

Can I change my order?

Changes to orders may be possible depending on the production status and payment method. Because production starts promptly after order confirmation, please contact customer support immediately if you need to make changes.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of on-demand production, all artworks are custom-made specifically for each order. According to EU consumer protection laws—specifically Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and its implementation into German law under § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB)—goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect orders, or non-defective items.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are only issued if the product arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described. In such cases, please contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send photographic evidence of the issue by emailing us directly at [contact@taezpark.com]. For more information, please see our Refund Policy page.
Refunds and replacements are processed in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and § 437 BGB (German Civil Code) regarding consumer rights and statutory warranty.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

If a return is accepted due to a fault or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind, are not accepted and therefore return shipping costs do not apply.

4. Account & Privacy

How do I create an account? 

You can create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” button on our website and providing the required information such as your name, email address, and password. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping details, and receive updates about your purchases. 

What is your privacy policy? 

We take your privacy seriously and comply fully with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data is collected and processed only to fulfill your orders, improve your shopping experience, and communicate important information. How can I reset my password? 

If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and you will receive instructions via email to create a new password securely.

Note: All kits sent will be used for content creation and cannot be returned.

Do you offer more than just artwork?

Yes! In addition to my original artwork, this site includes Gunpla build videos, behind-the-scenes blog posts, and gear recommendations. It’s a space where I share both my creative process and the tools that support it.

Where can I find the tools and equipment you use?

Visit the Products page to explore the cameras, lighting gear, modeling tools, and other items I personally use. Each product includes a direct affiliate link for easy access.

Are the Gunpla videos your own?

Yes! all build videos are created and edited by me. I share them to highlight both the artistic and technical aspects of model building in a way that's approachable and fun for all fans.
