1. Shipping

How long does production and shipping take?

All products are custom-made to order to ensure the highest quality.

Production: Typically takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping: Approximately 5–15 business days depending on your location.

Available Regions (14 Countries/Regions): United States, South Korea, Japan, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Notice: We currently do not ship to Europe. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume or local shipping conditions.

Which countries are covered for shipping?

We offer Free Shipping to 14 select regions across Asia, North America, and Oceania. We currently ship to:

Asia: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Macau, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines

North America: United States, Canada

Oceania: Australia

Europe: Please note that we currently do not ship to Europe.

How much is the shipping cost?

We are proud to offer Free Shipping to all 14 countries we serve. Your premium gear is crafted with care and delivered directly to your doorstep at no extra cost.

Customs & Import Taxes: Please note that additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.

Notice: Shipping is currently unavailable to Europe.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

How to Track: You can follow your package's journey through the link provided in your email. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier after the initial notification.

2. Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We provide a secure and seamless checkout experience with a variety of trusted payment options.

Supported Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with PayPal. You can view the available options for your specific location at the bottom of our website or during the final checkout step.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to our automated system, production begins almost immediately after an order is placed to ensure the fastest delivery.

Immediate Processing: Once an order is confirmed, it is automatically sent to our production facility. Therefore, cancellations or modifications are generally not possible.

Limited Window: If you must request a change, contact us at contact@taezpark.com within 1 hour of placing your order. While we will check if the process can be halted, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been synchronized with our production line.

Final Sale: Please double-check your shipping address and product selection before finalizing your order.

Can I change my order?

Since every item is custom-made to order, modifications can only be made before the production process begins.

The System: To ensure the fastest delivery, our system transfers order data to our production facility almost immediately. Therefore, changes to your order (such as color, size, or shipping address) are generally not possible once the order is confirmed.

How to Request: If you noticed an error in your order, please contact us at contact@taezpark.com within 1 hour. We will do our absolute best to intercept the order, but we cannot guarantee any changes once the crafting process has started.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

As each product is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selections once production has begun. We kindly ask that you double-check our size guides and your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us at contact@taezpark.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our Solution: We will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost for any verified production errors or shipping damage.

What to Include: To help us assist you faster, please include your order number and clear photos of the product (and the packaging if it was damaged during shipping).

How do refunds work?

Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement item at no additional cost.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Since all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or cover shipping costs for changes of mind or incorrect sizing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will fully cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.

Important Procedure: Please contact us first at contact@taezpark.com before returning any items. We will provide specific instructions and, if necessary, a prepaid shipping label.

Notice: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
