Refund policy


1. Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. To cancel, visit your Order Status page using the link in your confirmation email and select "Cancel Order." After this period, your order enters production and can no longer be canceled or modified.
  • Returns & Refunds: As our products are made-to-order and produced only after purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color choice. Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing.
  • Exceptions: This does not affect your statutory rights in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. See Section 2 for details.
  • Handmade Production Notice: Slight variations in stitching density, overlapping, and finishing may occur due to the handmade production process. These characteristics are considered a natural part of manual production and do not constitute defects or grounds for return.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.

  • Claim Period: You must contact us at contact@taezpark.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Required Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the defective item and its packaging.
  • Solution: Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

3. Return Address & Procedure

⚠️ Do not send items back to the sender's address on the package.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@taezpark.com first. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
  • Since we utilize global production hubs, the correct return address depends on your location and the product type.
  • Unauthorized returns (sent without our prior confirmation) will not be processed or refunded.
