🌍 Global Production & Free Shipping
Our products are made and shipped from a global network of trusted facilities. We produce your order at the location closest to you to ensure faster delivery and a lower environmental impact.

We currently ship to the following regions (excluding EU countries and the UK):
• North America: United States, Canada
• Oceania: Australia
• Asia: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia
🗞️ Customs, Duties & Taxes
Most orders are fulfilled at a production hub within your country. For U.S. customers, items are typically produced and shipped domestically, so import duties usually do not apply.
However, depending on stock availability or specific product types (including exclusive U.S. production), some orders may be dispatched from an international hub. In such cases, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
🌍 Estimated Duty-Free Thresholds (Reference Guide Only)
• 🇺🇸 USA: Tax-free up to $800 (for international shipments).
• 🇰🇷 South Korea: Up to $150 ($200 for U.S. origin). PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) is required for customs clearance. Please enter your PCCC in the Address Line 2 field at checkout (format: P123456789012). Packages without a valid PCCC may be delayed or destroyed at customs. Register at: https://unipass.customs.go.kr
• 🇯🇵 Japan: Duty-free up to approx. ¥16,600 (based on 60% customs assessment). Note: Japan is reforming its consumption tax rules for low-value imported goods; changes are expected from April 2028. Until then, the current threshold applies.
• 🇨🇦 Canada: Threshold is low (~$20 CAD). Taxes apply to most international orders.
• 🇦🇺 Australia: Generally tax-free up to $1,000 AUD.
• 🇹🇼 Taiwan: Up to $2,000 TWD. (EZ WAY app authentication required).
• 🇸🇬 Singapore: Subject to GST (approx. 9%).
• 🇭🇰 🇲🇴 Hong Kong & Macao: Generally duty-free.
• 🇻🇳 Vietnam: Duty-free up to 1,000,000 VND.
• 🇹🇭 🇲🇾 🇮🇩 🇵🇭 SEA: Subject to local customs policies and high variability.
*These thresholds apply to the total order value. If a package is returned because the customer refuses to pay customs fees, the original shipping costs and any return-related expenses will be deducted from your refund.
⏱️ Production & Estimated Delivery Time
• Production Time: Approximately 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery (Production included):
• North America: 5–15 business days
• Australia: 7–20 business days
• East Asia (JP, KR, SG, HK, TW, Macau): 7–15 business days
• Southeast Asia: 10–25 business days
*Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, customs, or seasonal peak demand.
📍 Shipping & Tracking
All shipments include tracking when available. A tracking link will be sent via email once dispatched. Shipping is handled by USPS, DHL, FedEx, or local carriers depending on the destination.
📌 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or returned packages due to incorrect addresses. Resending returned orders will incur additional charges.
🔁 Returns & Damaged Items
All products are made-to-order. While we offer a 1-hour cancellation window immediately after purchase,returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted, as all products are made-to-order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@taezpark.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all customs fees and taxes applicable to your country. We do not ship to the EU or the UK at this time.
