How long does production and shipping take?
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner,Β Printful.
Production typically takesΒ 2β5 business daysΒ after your order is placed. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and may take approximatelyΒ 5β15 business days.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors such as product type, order volume, or local shipping conditions.
We currently ship to selected regions including the United States, South Korea, Japan, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Orders to Europe are not available.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the product, order quantity, and destination.
All products are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner,Β Printful, and shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Please note that additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

2. Ordering & Payment

Can I cancel my order?
Because all products are made to order, cancellations are only possibleΒ before the order enters production.
Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. All items are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner,Β Printful, and production typically begins shortly after an order is placed.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us atΒ contact@taezpark.comΒ as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet entered production.
Can I change my order?
Because all products are made to order, changes to your order are only possibleΒ before production begins.

3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner,Β Printful, weΒ cannot accept returns for changed minds or incorrect sizingΒ once production has begun.
However, if you receive aΒ damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us atΒ contact@taezpark.comΒ withinΒ 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide aΒ full refund or replacementΒ at no additional cost.

Who covers the return shipping cost?
All products areΒ made-to-orderΒ through our print-on-demand partner,Β Printful, and thereforeΒ cannot be returned for change of mind or size issues.
If an item isΒ damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover theΒ return shipping cost. Please contact us atΒ contact@taezpark.comΒ before returning the item so we can provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label if necessary.

How do I create an account?Β

How can I reset my password?Β
